Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Voza Products. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at tryvoza@outlook.com and we'll take it from there. Please do not send items back before hearing from us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tryvoza@outlook.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get what you need is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
